• Service Contract Financing
  As our clients move to broader and more sophisticated outsourcing solutions for their customers, it became increasingly common for the required capital equipment to be "bundled" into a comprehensive service offering. This customer-driven structure presents unique finance challenges for many investors. However, we are willing to invest in these non-standard structures. A common variation of the service contract model will include performance contracting.
   
• Leasing
  We are willing to invest in the full range of leasing structures including capital and operating leases, synthetic leases, and leveraged leases. These leases can be with governmental entities with non-appropriation and termination for convenience risk or with commercial entities with more substantial credit risks.
   
• Project Finance
  We also invest in project-based structures using both debt and equity. If we are called on to mobilize additional capital, we can leverage our capital market access and experience through HA Capital Advisors.
